The project consisted of the interior improvements of a cold and dark shell building (designed by others) to allow substantial growth for the company.

The facility is a state-of-the-art private training facility for pilots. Interiors consist of offices administration, classrooms, lounges, and a high-bay warehouse with mezzanine. The mezzanine has access to multiple integrated simulator pods with intense foundations.
