We are seeking a full-time Senior Architect/Project Manager with a proven track record of project leadership, construction administration, and advanced knowledge of construction technologies. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience and a strong interest in managing projects from concept to completion. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and mission-critical facilities is highly desirable. Must be based in North Carolina.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead architectural projects, ensuring design quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept development through construction administration.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to understand project goals and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and internal staff, to deliver coordinated and efficient project solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Assist with business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and supporting client outreach.

We are seeking a motivated, full-time, Associate Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in learning and growing in all areas of the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work full-time, in-person at our Charlotte, NC office, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
  • Assist in the development of architectural designs across all project phases, from concept to construction documentation.
  • Utilize design software, including AutoCAD, 3D Revit/BIM, Photoshop, and InDesign, to produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools is essential.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and project goals are successfully achieved.
  • Conduct research on materials, codes, and building systems to support project development.
  • Assist marketing in the creation of proposals and presentations for current projects and project pursuits.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team setting.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM/Revit Specialist with a strong foundation in architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in BIM and Revit software, combined with a passion for contributing to the architectural design process. This dual-role position is perfect for someone looking to merge technical expertise with creative problem-solving in the field of architecture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

BIM and Revit Management:

  • Develop and manage BIM models across various project phases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
  • Create detailed Revit families, parametric models, templates, and libraries to streamline project workflows.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement and maintain BIM execution plans.
  • General understanding of BIM360 and sharing of models in the cloud.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of BIM models to ensure constructability and alignment with design intent.

Architectural Support:

  • Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including renderings, diagrams, and visualizations.
  • Support construction documentation and coordination with consultants and contractors.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to project discussions with innovative ideas.
